Meter Reading

Water meters are read on the 17th of each month (unless this falls on a weekend or holiday), with bills being issued the same day. Bills will be in the mail, on their way to you by the next business day, and typically begin arriving in mailboxes a few days later.

Water bills are due on the 10th of each month. If your payment is received by the start of business the business day following the due date, penalties will not be assessed. If payment is not received by this time, penalties are added and disconnect notices are mailed on the same day.

If payment is not received by the disconnect date listed within the notice (typically the 20th of the month excluding holidays or weekends), services will be disconnected. Payment in full plus a $75.00 reconnect fee will be required, prior to service being restored.
